Counterfeit pesticides seized at big warehouse in Vietnam

On September 21st, 2020, React Vietnam and Kien Giang MSA have conducted an inspection and seizure at Vuong Nguyen pesticide's shop and warehouse at the Vinh Thuan District, Kien Giang Province under React Viet Nam proposes. Filia 525 SE,an active fungicide of propiconazole, was seized and requested to destroy the counterfeits. The seller confirmed not to sell fake Syngenta products again in the future.

The seizure quantity was low but it was a big hit in the Mekong delta region because the target is one of the biggest suppliers in the region.
