REACT activities in Spain include mainly: Custom enforcement, Internet cases, and market cases including the organization of inspections and investigations, drafting and sending of cease & desist letters, drafting, and filing of criminal complaints, organization and assistance to the police and enforcement authorities in market raids, drafting and filing of expert reports, drafting and filing of replies to notifications received from Police and Court, organization of test purchases, appearing in ex-officio court hearings in criminal proceedings as witnesses or experts and organization of the transportation, storage and destruction of counterfeit products. React Spain also organises an annual training for enforcement authorities of different points of Spain, as well as small trainings at the request of our members.
