Asia Annual Meeting 2025

Date

19 - 20 November 2025

Location

Kota Kinabalu city, Malaysia

Location confirmed: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia

Further to our earlier announcement that the Asia Annual Meeting’s venue this year will be changed, we are pleased to confirm that the meeting will now be held in the city of Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah located in East Malaysia (island of Borneo). Registrations are open!

Kota Kinabalu (KK) is a vibrant coastal city named after the highest mountain in Malaysia, Mount Kinabalu (4,101m). KK is easily accessible, with the 2nd busiest airport in Malaysia, and there are direct flights from many cities in the APAC region.  KK is also the home state of the Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, the Malaysian Market Enforcement agency, so we are also hoping to secure their attendance at the meeting.
