The Product Identification Training for authorities is in “Market Style.”
Book a table with us to display your samples and train authorities to recognize counterfeit products. We have one table available for each member, and we can provide a spot for around 48 members in total. We want to give priority to new members. After booking a table, we will ask you to indicate whether you want a morning or afternoon slot for this training event.
TIP: You may book appointments with React units, teams, and/or partners when you aren’t at the training event. Both venues are across, so you can easily walk from one to the other.
We expect around 180 authorities to attend.
On Fridays, our teams and partners are available for a speed date, an excellent opportunity for discussing important topics face-to-face and catching up. To book time with our teams, please get directly in contact with our teams and partners!
New this year is that we are dividing the authority training event into morning and afternoon sessions. So, you can combine the training for authorities with these speed dates to get the most out of Friday.

Please go to the bottom of this page. Attending the event is free of charge. There is only a fee for participating (with a market stand/table) in the Product Identification Training.
Yes! After filling in the registration form, you will receive a conformation mail to the email address you added in the form. This conformation mail will be sent from React/Aanmelder (noreply@aanmelder.nl) React AGM 2025: You have been registered.
In the meantime if you would like to change your registration, you can easily do it yourself.
1 day before the event takes place you receive a QR-code for check-in at the venue.
If this happens, please first check your Junk/Spam folder in your inbox. Otherwise, contact us directly by emailing us to HQ@react.org with the subject: "Registrations AGM 2025". We will check this for you and make sure your registration will be confirmed.
We kindly ask you to cancel your registration! Please go to your confirmation and change it into 'I would like to DEregister' for this event, so we are updated that you won't be there (anymore). If you are not sure how to do this, please send HQ@react.org an email to tell us that you would like to deregister and we will help you out.
One day before our event, you will receive in your email a QR-code to check-in at the venue. The team of React is there to welcome you ánd to provide you with your badge/name tag especially for this event.
Please note that when you are joining us for both days, you don't need to check-in again on the second day.
The check-in / entrance of the event on Thursdays is inside 'De Hallen', next to the FoodCourt ('Foodhallen') & Cinema ('Filmhallen'). Exact address is: Hannie Dankbaarpassage 18. You can access the 'Passage' from both sides (Tollenstraat & Ten Katestraat)
Thursday: We start in the morning with a members only meeting following up with a lunch. After lunch the presentations starts and we end this day with an informal dinner. The venue closes around midnight.
Friday (exact times tbc): During this day there are actually multiple activities at both locations. In de 'Hallen Studios' there is the Product Identification Training, where React members can train local authorities. At the other place, 'De Kanarieclub', members can get together with React offices and partners in short meetings, so called 'speeddates'.
The Product Identification Training on Friday for authorities is in a 'Market Style' format. This means you can book a table where you display examples of genuine and counterfeit products and train the local authorities attending by showing them your samples. Reserving a table is easy; you can accept the € 265 fee for the spot when you register your attendance, and a spot is reserved for you. NEW IN 2025: we divided the training into a morning and afternoon section, so you are free to book speeddates at the other part of the day!
If you reserve your table through the registration form, we will automatically assign one table per company! Also, when more people from the same company book the table.
If you are unable to attend, you may change your registration and cross off the checkbox where you approve the costs (or email us). Whenever you want to request more space for your company (please note that this is only upon request by e-mail due to limited space at the venue), please send an email to HQ@react.org with the subject "Market stand AGM 2025".
The invoicing process will be just like any other training, so the costs for participating in this event will be shown on the (regular) monthly invoice.
You can send your materials for the training event to our office in Amsterdam so we can ensure that they will be present at the event.
A few important notes:
If you want us to send it back to you, you can either let us know up front by email or drop off your materials at the React Table when the training event is over. Any transport costs will be added to your monthly invoice.
Yes, but only after presentations! On Thursday, April 10th, after 4 p.m., you can drop off your materials at the venue where the training event is taking place. Just make sure to let us know so we can be there to receive it.
We start building up the training event after the presentations on Thursday, around 5 p.m. You may drop your samples and build up your table early on Friday when you have booked the morning session, or around 12 for the afternoon session.
Closest: Below Hotel De Hallen there is also Parking garage De Hallen (Adress: Bellamyplein 41). The parking garage is open from 07am till 3am. It is not possible to reserve a spot.
Best price: Park your car cheap and safe in parking garage 'Olympisch Stadion'. With public transport you will be at the venue in 20 minutes. The Parking Garage is open for 24h. You can reserve a sport here (as long as there is availability): Olympisch Stadion Car Park.
