To book your consultation session for Friday 11th of April, please get directly in contact with our offices/teams and partners! The goal of the consultation sessions are quick so called ‘speeddates’ to get to know the teams and partners, get quick updates on some points or request certain work to the teams. We will shift every 20 minutes, so you can reserve a short get together with as many teams or partners you want!

Please go to the bottom of this page. Attending the event is free of charge. There is only a fee for participating (with a market stand/table) in the Product Identification Training.
Yes! After filling in the registration form, you will receive a conformation mail to the email address you added in the form. This conformation mail will be sent from React/Aanmelder (noreply@aanmelder.nl) React AGM 2025: You have been registered.
In the meantime if you would like to change your registration, you can easily do it yourself.
1 day before the event takes place you receive a QR-code for check-in at the venue.
If this happens, please first check your Junk/Spam folder in your inbox. Otherwise, contact us directly by emailing us to HQ@react.org with the subject: "Registrations AGM 2025". We will check this for you and make sure your registration will be confirmed.
We kindly ask you to cancel your registration! Please go to your confirmation and change it into 'I would like to DEregister' for this event, so we are updated that you won't be there (anymore). If you are not sure how to do this, please send HQ@react.org an email to tell us that you would like to deregister and we will help you out.
One day before our event, you will receive in your email a QR-code to check-in at the venue. The team of React is there to welcome you ánd to provide you with your badge/name tag especially for this event.
Please note that when you are joining us for both days, you don't need to check-in again on the second day.
The check-in / entrance of the event on Thursdays is inside 'De Hallen', next to the FoodCourt ('Foodhallen') & Cinema ('Filmhallen'). Exact address is: Hannie Dankbaarpassage 18. You can access the 'Passage' from both sides (Tollenstraat & Ten Katestraat)
Thursday: We start in the morning with a members only meeting following up with a lunch. After lunch the presentations starts and we end this day with an informal dinner. The venue closes around midnight.
Friday (exact times tbc): During this day there are actually multiple activities at both locations. In de 'Hallen Studios' there is the Product Identification Training, where React members can train local authorities. At the other place, 'De Kanarieclub', members can get together with React offices and partners in short meetings, so called 'speeddates'.
The Product Identification Training on Friday for officials is in a 'Market Style' format. This means you can book a table where you can show examples of genuine and counterfeit products and train the local authorities attending by showing them your samples. Reserving a table can be done easily by accepting the costs of €250 for the spot when you register your attendance.
If you reserve your table through the registration form, in any case one table per company will be assigned! So even more people from your company book the option by filling out the form, we will automatically assign one table per company.
If you are unable to attend or whenever you want to request more stands for your company (please note that this is only upon request by e-mail due to limited spaces) please send an email to HQ@react.org with the subject "Market stand AGM 2025".
The invoicing process will be just like any other training, so the costs for participating in this event will be shown on the (regular) monthly invoice.
It is possible to send the materials for the training event up front to our office in Amsterdam so we can make sure that these materials will be at the event.
A few important notes:
If you want us to send it back to you, you can either let us know up front by email or drop off your materials at the React Table when the training event is over, and fill out a form so we know your materials need to be sent back. Any costs for transport will be added to your monthly invoice.
Yes! After 4pm on Thursday the 10th you are welcome to drop off any materials you have for the training. Please do let us know (preferable at least 3 days before the event) if you are coming by, so we can provide you with the 'drop off' location ánd inform the venue.
Closest: Below Hotel De Hallen there is also Parking garage De Hallen (Adress: Bellamyplein 41). The parking garage is open from 07am till 3am. It is not possible to reserve a spot.
Best price: Park your car cheap and safe in parking garage 'Olympisch Stadion'. With public transport you will be at the venue in 20 minutes. The Parking Garage is open for 24h. You can reserve a sport here (as long as there is availability): Olympisch Stadion Car Park.
