React is a not for profit anti-counterfeiting organisation. From 1 November 2021 onwards,  React has a vacancy for an account manager for our members in the pharmaceutical industry.

 React is a business association founded in 1991. We are a globally operating organization which aim is to fight the trade in counterfeited goods. Our members are national and mostly international companies being IP rights owners of world’s most well-known brands.
React has approximately 175 employees worldwide and operates in 120+ countries. From its Amsterdam office, all activities are coordinated.
The vacancy concerns a unique position for a brand protection manager to support React’s member companies in the pharmaceutical industry. The increased activities for this industry requires project management due to the specific characteristics.
Seat will be the small Amsterdam headquarter located at De Cuserstraat 89, Amsterdam South

 Job profile

The project manager will cooperate with the React investigators, lawyers and partner lawfirms on the preparation of intelligence reports, recommendations to follow up cases, file customs applications, target selection, criminal complaints, domain name procedures and everything which is related to that. You will drive standards with a focus on high performance.
Knowledge about brand protection issues in the pharmaceutical industry is an important advantage.
Regular communication with the representatives of the member companies to report on pending activities, make recommendations and the identification of their enforcement strategies and needs.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills; able to work under pressure; independently; precisely and result orientated. Experience in brand protection and preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent English language skills are essential just like service mindedness and a systematic working style.
