Large quantity of clothing and football club merchandise found by Customs Offices in Pula and Rijeka

The customs officials from the Customs Offices Pula and Rijeka have found a large quantity of clothing and football club and national teams jerseys, bags and leather goods marked with well-known trademarks in the area of cities Porec and Pula. Yesterday the customs officers conducted enhanced surveillance of IP infringements in citied pula and Porec. The officers found large number of textile products, bags, sunglasses, football jerseys and caps all designated with trademarks of well-known brands (Luis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Gucci, Versace, Balenciaga, Ray Ban, MCM, Philip Plein, Polo Ralph Lauren Etc).

By search of 4 sale premises (shops) in Porec city the customs found and seized 4871 items (caps, bags, t-shirts, dresses, shirts, football jerseys, sunglasses and other branded goods with total value of 228.166,00 HRK (around 31.000,00 EUR).  

By search of 2 sale premises (shops) in Pula city the customs found and seized 3569 items of different branded goods with total value of 68.505,00 HRK (around 9.300,00 EUR).  

The subject products were seized and 3 misdemeanor and 3 criminal indictments shall be filed.
