Online Enforcement

The REACT Online Enforcement Program is designed specifically for member companies. It is an effective, low cost, adaptable service that can be used separately or combined with other REACT operational services, to address the rise of online counterfeit purchases.

24/7 monitoring, gathering and analyzing of data
The WebCrawler searches hundreds of internet platforms globally. It identifies infringing content by monitoring auctions, B2B exchanges, e-commerce sites, search engines, mobile apps and social media platforms. This automatically generates a database of infringing content and counterfeit sellers.

Report and remove infringing website content
The WebCrawler reports and removes infringing content on websites or platforms. The WebCrawler also allows us to identify and take action against uncooperative Internet Service Providers.

Identify repeat sellers and clusters of websites
The WebCrawler identifies large volume commercial sellers (powersellers and/or repeat sellers) and detects clusters of websites belonging to the same seller using innovative reverse IP, reverse WHOIS and email comparison.
